Artémis specializes in data science, statistical studies and analysis.
Artémis joined the Fit 4 Digita program and selected our agency as a consultant to carry out its digital audit.
The diagnostic method aims to have a global vision on the digital maturity of the company. Our consultants have therefore identified the strengths and weaknesses of the IT structure and its impact on the different business lines of the organization: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing. Series of interviews with all the key actors of the company were conducted in order to collect all the information necessary for the analysis.
The audit found that Artémis urgently needed a project management tool to improve its efficiency.
After the audit was completed, Artémis asked us to help them choose the right software for their needs. Which was a task we accomplished.
