For our client Créazur Pro, we made the technical choice of the Drupal CMS to create a custom e-commerce site. Drupal appeared to us as the best solution for this project because of its many advantages:

1- Scalability: The CMS is designed to be able to anticipate the growth of e-commerce sites, the increase in traffic and data volume without compromising performance. Créazur Pro’s BTB online sales project was completely new to the company. Hence the importance of being able to anticipate the growth of the business model.

2- Flexibility: Drupal offers powerful content management and a wide range of e-commerce-specific features. The CMS also allowed us to customize the developments, which was essential for the Créazur Pro project. 

3- Security: Drupal is known for its quality and robustness. Drupal applies the best practices of secure code and regular updates.

4- Communication with third-party applications: The objective of the Créazur Pro project was to interconnect the Sage ERP with the e-commerce site. Drupal is designed to be able to communicate with other applications such as ERP, CRM, WMS, online payment tools or others to install a smooth, efficient, and consistent process.

Discover in a few lines below how a project like Créazur Pro's was carried out:

1st step: the conception of a functional and ergonomic website, through UI and UX designs.

Tree structure, headings, product catalog specificities, pricing policy, promotions and professional discounts, delivery conditions, payment conditions, stock management, customer account management, ERP synchronization...

These elements listed above and the decisions we make on each of them are what determine an e-commerce website's strategy, and define its ergonomics and functionalities.

This design work was instrumental to the Créazur Pro project and results in a website that possesses differentiating features, such as a product pricing system based on customer profile, or the possibility of customizing furniture sets before purchase.

All the decisions that make up the specifications are centralized in a storyboard that describes both the ergonomics of the site and its functionality.

2nd step: the design

Just like in cars, we build a frame before installing an engine! And just like in cars, this frame's design is as important as its performance.

A graphic code that is both original and trendy greatly improves user experience on a website. For Créazur Pro, the web design was adapted to its target audience in the construction industry: in an atmosphere of simplicity and modernity, professionals can immediately project themselves in their projects through the website.
